You further agree that these images may be used in the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, publicity and advertising of similar events and any other event sponsored by the NHMBC. Under no circumstances will your likeness be used in connection with commercial endorsements of any kind. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact the NHMBC in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. The photo will be used for identification purposes and will be held in confidence by the NHMBC.
